Knit1 TV enjoyed a great day out on Monday to Well Manor Farm, a small family farm on the Surrey Hampshire borders. Nestling into rolling hills just a few miles from the market town of Farnham and surrounded by countryside of outstanding natural beauty.
Well Manor rear rare and traditional breeds of sheep which enables them to produce a fine selection of high quality yarns and fleece which we went a long to investigate.
Our visit was perfectly timed as a new batch of lambs had just arrived.
We joined Susie the shearer as she sheared a selection of the flock.
And Emma in her work shop as she explained the difference between the fleece produced at Well Manor Farm.
Look out for for your chance to meet the Lambs of Well Manor Farm in person coming soon to Knit1 TV.
